Port Aransas elopements may be smaller in guest count and shorter than a traditional full wedding day, but at the heart they are the same: a celebration of two people committing to the sanctity of marriage.

Whether you plan on filling the chapel with all of your favorite people, or intend to say your vows with just your officiant there to witness, I would be honored to document the start of your marriage.

I accept elopement bookings up to 6 months out. If you haven’t booked a spot at the chapel yet, you can reach out beforehand to ensure I’m available before reserving that specific date (and I can suggest a time that will work best for lighting). If you’ve already booked a date and time slot at the chapel I’d love for you to reach out and I will see if I’m available on your date.

Photographing elopements and weddings requires knowing when to direct and when to stand back and let moments unfold naturally. During your ceremony I am simply an observer, capturing everything as it unfolds. Family photos are when I am the most hands on, ensuring you get all of the important photos with everyone you love. For couples portraits I take a blended approach: providing gentle direction and prompts that draw out natural emotion and connection, without overly posing the entire time.

You can expect your full, edited elopement gallery within 6 weeks. For elopements I deliver a small sneak peek gallery within 72 hours because I know how exciting it is to have those to share with family and friends!

To reserve your date I require a signed contract and 25% retainer. The remaining balance will be due one week before your elopement. After you’ve inquired and we discussed all the details, you can let me know when you are ready to move forward and I will send over a booking link for you to officially reserve your date.

Elopements are planned just as intentionally as weddings and I always make sure to get to know my couples before their wedding day so I know what is most important to you. 6 weeks before your elopement date I will send over a questionnaire for you to share all the fun details of what you have planned for the day and what you envision for your photos. After I’ve received your completed questionnaire we will schedule a planning call over video chat to go over all of the details. I want you to be able to get to know me a bit before I photograph such an important day of your life! I’m always accessible through email throughout the planning process to answer any questions or help you with vendor recommendations.
